Enterprise deployments fail because they face operational challenges that pilots don't: device lifecycle management at scale (provisioning, monitoring, updating, decommissioning thousands of devices), network reliability in industrial environments, data volume management, and integration with enterprise systems that weren't designed for real-time data streams.
