Our CEO brings over 25 years of technology and business leadership experience, having previously led digital transformation initiatives at Fortune 500 enterprises across financial services and manufacturing. Under their direction, ExpeIT has grown from a regional technology firm into a nationally recognized professional services organization.
Our CTO oversees all technology strategy, architecture, and engineering delivery across the organization. With deep expertise in cloud-native systems, AI/ML platforms, and enterprise software, they ensure ExpeIT remains at the forefront of emerging technology — while maintaining the engineering discipline that enterprise clients depend on.
Our COO is responsible for delivery excellence, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction across all engagements. They bring a track record of building and scaling high-performance professional services operations, and have led delivery teams across government, healthcare, and financial services sectors.
Our CRO leads sales, business development, and strategic partnerships. With over 18 years in enterprise technology sales and consulting, they have built long-term client relationships across regulated industries and are responsible for ExpeIT's continued growth into new markets.
Our VP of Engineering leads our software engineering practice across all service lines. They oversee engineering standards, tooling, and delivery quality — ensuring that every solution ExpeIT ships meets the reliability, security, and performance expectations of enterprise-grade production environments.
Our VP of AI & Data Science heads ExpeIT's machine learning and analytics practice. With a background in applied ML research and enterprise data engineering, they lead the teams building predictive models, data pipelines, and AI platforms that drive measurable outcomes for our clients.
Our VP of Cybersecurity leads ExpeIT's security practice, including zero-trust architecture, threat intelligence, compliance advisory, and our managed security operations capability. They hold CISSP certification and have led security programs for organizations subject to SOC2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, and PCI-DSS requirements.
Our VP of Client Success ensures that every client relationship delivers lasting value beyond the initial engagement. They oversee account management, executive relationship programs, and the client health metrics that drive ExpeIT's industry-leading retention rate.
